This is not a unit war diary but a rare narrative report of an important action. I am indebted to Richard Weeks of Kokomo, Indiana, USA, for these pages of [a Brigade?] report that was in the possession of his grandfather William Weeks (pictured right). It covers the battalion's fighting on the Lys in April 1918.
